Programming initiatives offer educators opportunities to explore new concepts and approaches in education, build an entrepreneurial skill set and mindset, create their own startups (as part of the Edpreneur program), and learn and apply design thinking concepts adapted to education to their work.

Led the organization's strategic initiatives.  Managed budget of $1.2M for organizational capacity building and strategic plan implementation.  Strengthened annual and periodic strategic planning processes to better account for ongoing decision-making while staying focused on long-term strategic goals and ongoing organizational development.

Worked on projects in Outcome Measurement and Evaluation, Board Development, HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Development, Operations, and Programs.

Represented the president in critical community meetings, including Mayor's Commission on Children, Youth, and Families; the Regional Initiative on Youth; American Graduate; Department of Health Community Health Improvement Plan.

Appointed to national Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) Impact Team by Regional Service Director to provide leadership to struggling Clubs; nominated for the national 2010 BGCA Vision & Spirit Award.
