Advanced Analyst, GCR Global Operation

After being a Tax Analyst for almost 1 year 7 months, I got promoted to Advanced Analyst. During this time, i was part of 5 projects where I supported seniors as well as directly responsible for certain activities. Below are my roles and responsibilities - 

•  Monitor engagement status, issues, and potential risks that can impact engagement.
•  Flagging the potential risks or issues to engagement leadership.
•  Performing engagement management services, including setting up tools for tracking deliverables across the globe.
•  Identifying the pain areas in the processes and creating enablers to overcome process issues. 
•  Technology deployment and maintenance
•  Understanding the client requirements and ensuring the engagement process meets the requirements.
•  Maintaining and modifying the engagement tools to show the real-time status of the engagement by working with teams.
•  Preparation of the various reports to the leadership and client displaying the progress of the project.
•  Working along with senior, leadership, and onshore teams to report metrics and data required.
