Project Expeditor

• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports. 
• Ensure that project documentation is up to date and accessible to the project team.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines
• Gather information from team members and update project status reports
• Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Help schedule and coordinate resources to ensure they are available when needed
• Identify and track project issues, risks, and conflicts. Escalate issues to the project manager or appropriate stakeholders
• Organize project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes
• Provide administrative support to the project team, such as organizing project-related files, maintaining contact lists, and assisting with procurement processes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with project quality standards. Review deliverables to ensure they meet established criteria and address any quality concerns
• Assist in managing changes to the project scope, timeline, or budget. Document and communicate changes to the appropriate stakeholders and help evaluate their impact on the project
• Serve as a central point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties

• Plan, organizes and coordinates planning activities with detailed WBS using Microsoft Project Online
• Highlighting schedule deviations to the Project Manager and assisting the Project Manager in developing mitigation plans to minimize schedule impacts.
• Ensure adherence to project management and governance (Daily, Weekly, bi-weekly, Monthly,Quarterly), Project Reporting
• Preparing progress curves, manpower histograms, and manpower forecasting reports
• Participating in engineering, procurement and planning meetings
• Veriﬁes critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution
• Monitoring progress against baseline and weekly reporting & highlight the areas of concern
• Preparation, assessment and negotiation of extension of time claims
• Resource Management & Resource Leveling
• Calculating, Recording & Reporting COGS Deviations from Initial project cost, etc.
• Track open action items and maintain status report, data review, and management of corrections  in systems.
• Interaction with business users,senior management and IT personnel of the company

Planning & Control Engineer

•	Establish understanding about project requirements and study specifications
•	HMI configuration
•	Design, develop and test the required objects with appropriate functionality
•	PLC configuration
•	Designing & Interfacing of PLC with HMI
•	Marking of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams

Projects: 
• Supply of DNP3 Pre-configured RTU & Solar System for
ADCO,Abu Dhabi
Worked on system design including BOM,releasing
PO's and preparing drawings and documents as per client
requirements.
•Engineering, Design & Supply of Burner Management System,Iraq
Worked on system design including BOM,releasing
PO's and preparing drawings and documents as per client
requirements.Construction of HMI & PLC Logic In-progress.

Design & Application Engineer

•	To study the layout of the plant and prepare the detail of the quarry
•	To visit the plant and study the installed mechanical systems
•	To study the automated system of printing the bags
•	To study the production and transportation of cement
•	To generate daily reports
