GTM Strategy & Ops (aka RevOps)

Worked on in-house growth experiments, automation, and optimization of cross-departmental processes.

●  Localized 55 blogs into 14 languages, publishing 770 translated blogs, programmatically.
●  Increased traffic by 34k+ visitors and secured 18+ demo requests.
●  Launched 3min AI video series on YouTube summarising top blog posts; search "Lightning-fast SaaS insights ⚡️". 
●  Created "PLG Digest" linkedIn newsletter and scaled it to 2242 subscribers with 18 editions published; high engagement but low conversion to demo meetings.
●  Launched a glossary page programmatically using AI + gsheets; decent traffic. 
●  Various other projects including AI image link building; mixed results.

Marketing Ops

Started with just 2 other teammates to set up the outbound motion from scratch. Tried different strategies such as social selling, ABM, and cold calling/emails/DMs. Spent 6 months learning from what worked and what didn’t, and used that knowledge to do more of what worked and grow the team to 4 people.

● Met and went beyond my targets for the last 3 months. Opened 36+ deals and brought in more than $25,000 in wins.

Tools used: Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Apollo, Outreach, Builtwith, and MeetAlfred.

Product Growth Specialist 

Yodo1 Games

Joined a 3-person growth team to drive customer acquisition for Managed Ad Services (MAS) in the Indie gaming target segment. Encompassed email outreach/marketing, paid social, webinars, copywriting, landing pages & partnerships.

● Set up, managed & tracked the main source of lead acquisition i.e., cold email outreach. Tripled the Call Scheduled to Email rate from 0.5% to 1.4% generating an ROI of +470%.
● Managed 6 data enrichment freelancers that enabled us to run 3x more experiments/week.
● Increased MAS organic conversions by 65% MoM through webinars, landing pages, auto-email sequences, and by chatbot integration, resulting in 180% KPI attainment.

Growth Marketing Specialist

Started the 2nd Chapter of Pitch Club, an online community to improve pitching skills, from scratch as a side project at Yodo1 alongside Martin Barnes, a pitching coach.

● Developed workflows and handled all the backend operations such as LinkedIn posts, signup/feedback forms, pitch recordings, guest invites, and video editing. 🏕
● Grew from 0 to 329 community members in 5 months.
● Increased the audience retention rate by 12% MoM through changes in the time format.

Event Coordinator - Pitch Club (Chapter 2)

Orenda Project

An award-winning ed-tech company on the mission to fuel learning all across Pakistan.

Led the strategy, execution, and experiment of all marketing activities to create a loop between app users and school admissions. Worked between the main Taleemabad App and 4 Taleemabad School Franchises.

● Increased leads for school admissions by 60% through geotargeting the app users using SMS, push notifications, and in-app notifications.
● Created a viral video advertisement that pushed the app's organic downloads to over 55%.
● Heavily involved in the day-to-day operations at 4 Taleemabad School Franchises. Ensuring
the LMS accessibility, investing in partner growth opportunities, and training the teachers.

Growth and Operations Lead

● Increased the App revenue by Rs 120000+ in 2 months. Responsible for closing sales,
communicating with customers, and helping them figure out different product-related issues.
● Became the top salesperson, w.r.t revenue generated, in the B2C team during my second month. 
● Collaborated with the wider team to help build sales funnels, discount offers, and manage revenue streams.

Worked in the marketing department alongside the admissions team to promote IBS BFSU throughout the world, especially Pakistan, and to establish connections with educational organizations and relevant personnel.

● Established connections with 5 major educational entities and raised the number of applicants from 8 to 92 in a year.
