What gets you up in the morning? Me? It’s exploring how to have effective conversations in our families, workplaces, and society; and putting that into practice in growing my relationships, including with myself. Why my focus on conversations? It’s simple. Our conversations affect everything we think, say, and do, whether with ourselves, others, our imaginary friends (remember doing that as a child?), our spiritual guides, our pets, nature, art, etc. My postgraduate studies in counselling and coaching have deepened my understanding, enabling me to develop everyday skills for our conversations. I have been on this journey for several years, culminating in a book and workbook: ✅ Redesigning Conversations: A Guide to Communicating Effectively in the Family, Workplace, and Society. ✅ Redesigning Conversations A Workbook: Self-Coaching Questions for Parents, Leaders, Teachers, and Coaches. These are my offer to you of a guide to communicate effectively in your family, your workplace and society, including growing your resilience, conflict management, curiosity, self-awareness, vulnerability, respect, empathy, and trust.
