eCommerce Delivery Manager

Owner of service delivery to Lucent Technologies North America for their SAP rollout to 30,000 Enterprise users.  Managed data center operations for a solution consisting of 170 UNIX file servers, 24 EMC disk storage, devices, and 19 StorageTek tape silos.

Developed and refined the necessary processes to support Lucent's complex environment (i.e. Change Management, Problem/Crisis Management, System Administration Roles and Responsibilities, Restoration Management, IT Security, Managed Operations.) 

Managed a team of 24 Engineers and Availability Managers.

Committee director for the Y2K compliance effort for the Lucent Technologies solution.

Granted an IBM Global Services Leadership Award for delivering 100% total availability to Lucent Technologies during their SAP rollout.

Granted an IBM Global Services Leadership Award for successfully coordinating, executing and flawlessly delivering a critical DataCenter Power Shutdown Project.
