•	Working alongside the management team of three NGO’s in the state of Sao Paulo improving the marketing and branding of the organisations. 
•	Examples of actions taken were organizing awareness and fund raising events in local cities.
•	Personally creating websites for the NGO’s, or improving their current websites, adding in donation pages and allowing for online payments to be made. 
•	Oversaw a project to place foodbanks in local shops and businesses to provide food for children in charity funded schooling, Which saw great results and lead to the children receiving a free meal at lunchtime when attending the school. Also oversaw a project to create vegetable gardens in the school, cared for by the students, providing vegetables for the families of the school who were in need.
•	Aided in the organisation and planning of a construction project to build a small free hospital for local people who could not afford medical insurance, alongside the local church.

Management and marketing internship. - SMART project

Morgan Stanley

•	Carried out a presentation discussing the effect of Brexit on Financial institutions in the UK to the COO of equity derivatives. 
•	Shadowed FI traders, watched them take part in their trading, discussed different styles and types of trades, including shadowing and speaking to COO of FI rates.
•	Shadowed FX trade support team, spoke in depth with several members of the team on trade support, how the role works and what it entails.
•	Met with the trading operations risk manager, learnt about levels of risk and how to manage said risk. Learned about regulations in the industry and how best to ensure coherence to the regulations.
•	Attending team to team meeting, where the ETP trading team presented what their type of trading entailed, and showed reports for how they are doing it, and what success they are having.
•	Attended ‘town hall’ international meeting. Topics such as technology, innovation and managerial supervision were covered, giving good professional insight.
•	Attended a Q&A panel talk about networking and professional branding.
•	Meeting with head of Brexit planning committee of Morgan Stanley. Talked about project management in general, as well as the problems faced by financial institutions when attempting large scale bank transformation.
