My capital markets experience, begun in 1982 when I joined Cargill as a cotton merchant, subsequently working as a foreign exchange dealer with Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America. I then became a bond analyst at Informa Markets before moving to Thomson Financial and IFR where I wrote extensively on the covered bond and securitization markets, where I moderated numerous conference panels and roundtables. I joined GlobalCapital as their covered bonds editor in 2011 and retired in January 2024.
