Working with Winston's stellar delivery team, I create, scale and optimize teams by finding the right mix of skill and aptitude to add to my client's culture. To accomplish this, I focus on transparency - delivering on promises and key outcomes while constantly adapting to the shifting talent landscape. I have enjoyed many business development positions throughout my career, starting in hospitality before "falling into" the recruiting world with a stop in event/club management in between.
