My journey bridges two worlds: Silicon Valley success and youth sports impact. After building and selling two tech companies, I found my true calling on the basketball court in 2014 when I started coaching my kids' team.

What began as weekend games transformed into a revelation about the untapped potential of youth sports. While growing Level UP Basketball Club, I witnessed how sideline hours created lasting connections between brands, families, and communities.
