Hi, I am Bill McDevitt – Small Business Coach, advisor & founder at Top of the World Coaching! I have been fortunate enough to coach hundreds of small business owners and leaders to help them reach their personal and professional goals through coaching. My professional experience was influenced by my personal desire to make my time my own. I honed my skills working with business owners at McDonald's (29 years) and CertaPro painters (14 years). Now I own my own company, Top of the World Coaching. I look at business as a series of mountains with peaks and valleys along the way. Each peak or summit is a new challenge or goal. As their coach, I help my clients navigate their path forward to achieve their goals, reaching their summit and getting to the top of their world!
