FY24 Q4 my team achieved their highest amount of surveys, 34 surveys at 100% satisfaction. This is only my second quarter looking after this team. My greatest strengths are enabling my team members to develop and using goal setting to help them in their careers. Building long lasting and beneficial relationships, solving complex problems for customers and team members and driving business results.
