1To initiate and complete end to end customer renewal of KYC
records to regulatory standard with high quality meeting and
tight deadlines.
2 Validate all customer data and supporting documentation is
accurate coordinate with other unit to complete remediation. 
3 Follow up on re-outreach customer and take the KYC process
to fulfillment.
4 Consolidation of daily commitment from individual team
members and report to line manager.

Responsible for verification of documents submitted with loan
application comply with bank’s policy.
• Preparation of cases in terms of financial eligibility,
understanding obligations, banking analysis and preparing
reports for verification of past conduct of applicants.
• Responsible for initiation of technical and legal reports and
follow up with external vendors for timely receipt of report. • Preparation of MIS and submission of the same to higher
authorities on timely basis.
• Co-ordinating and follow ups with internal team like business,
credit, operations, Risk Containment Unit, Operations etc.
