|| About Me || I am a cybersecurity and audit professional with hands-on experience in both private (telecommunication and financial) and public sectors. I spent my first decade as an IT Auditor supporting control advisories on new applications, as well as reviewing existing IT controls across different businesses e.g., Data Centre, HR (PeopleSoft), Finance / ERP system (SAP) and infrastructure (e.g., servers, databases, firewalls, routers, cloud). And chanced upon an opportunity to enter the cybersecurity domain. It has been a fulfilling, enriching and exciting journey in next 4 years serving tech for public good. During which, I operationalised the security assessments across agencies and lead the cloud security testing. My current role is providing advisories to internal stakeholders to ensure adequate risk assessments, effective controls and timely remediation.
