What I love most about my job is developing and implementing plans for digital growth with entrepreneurial thinking. Each day for me is a blank canvas executing on decisions driven by insights, data and analytics. The challenge of connecting the dots for the golden nugget for a 1-1 connection inspires me to want to know more, do more, to be the best in the category. The world moves at an agile, fast pace, no matter what position we're in, no one can afford to be complacent. However good or bad the current situation, it will change. Career highlights have been many, including the path of accelerating and scaling the Huggies Australian site from 100,000 to 1.2 million monthly visits during my tenure; growing organic search traffic to 80%; and winning over 5 internal awards for innovative contribution via cost saving and ground-breaking digital scaling. I bring to the table the full suite of digital marketing skills, honed over 20+ years working internally for a global iconic brands, and knowledge of best practice in agency-side delivery, having enjoyed a 6-year stint with some of the most respected names in the sector. One of the most rewarding path of my career was moving from working for a multi-brand, multi-national FMCG to Pearsons Florist, a successful family-owned and operated business of 49 years as we spearheaded toward the next phase of business and digital growth. Don't underestimate the little guys! My next rewarding career path has just commenced with a young FMCG, Bubs Australia, the largest Australian producer of goat milk products. With our goat milk baby formula and organic baby food, our vision is to inspire new generations of healthy, happy bubs. We push boundaries with exciting ingredients, innovative recipes, creative packaging and fun, meaningful ways of connecting with mums.
