•Co-managing the design system with the Lead UI / UX from Virgin Media / O2 (360)

Working on design systems within Aviva plc as a senior visual designer (UI / Product). More specifically on digital products from b2c, b2b, quote and pay (core business), partnerships, large scale public facing websites and secured platforms.  

Working closely (Agile) with UX designers, copywriters, product owners, developers, business analysts and the research team on a day to day basis. Providing support to junior designers and interns. Managing stakeholder expectations, defining work schedules and deliverables.
