Project Description: Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company will provide executive project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of certain defined aspects of the NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM will be the home and workplace of more than a million residents from around the world. It will include towns and cities, ports and enterprise zones, research centres, sports and entertainment venues, and tourist destinations. As a hub for innovation, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and companies will come to research, incubate, and commercialize new technologies and enterprises in groundbreaking ways.

Senior Quality Specialist

Poyry Switzerland Ltd

As the consultant Construction Manager,

 Identify and resolve engineering and general project issues by organizing meeting with the stakeholders, engineering, and functional groups.
 Steer project planning and oversee activities of the project engineers as per contract guidelines and requirements for scheduled execution and completion of the project.
 Successfully administer multiple project processes and lead key-meeting to ensure performance of seamless project activities.
 Monitor and report the progress of the project as per established project plan and milestones to the higher management.
 Confirm the presence of key resources for the project deployment and resolved issues of the project deliverable by collaborating with the clients.
 Support the PM in client engagement and successfully secured additional funds for consultant firm.

Construction Manager

Oversee the project processes for the clients of a consultant company from quality, engineering, and management perspective to ensure the timely as well as seamless deployment and completion of the project.

Selected Contributions as Acting Project Manager [During PM vacations]:
	Steer project planning and oversee activities of the project engineers as per contract guidelines and requirements for scheduled execution and completion of the project.
	Identified and resolved engineering and general project issues by organising meeting with the stakeholders, engineering, and functional groups.
	Successfully administered multiple project processes and lead key-meeting to ensure performance of seamless project activities.
	Recognised by the client Project Manager & site manager for efficient management of the consultant engineers in the absence of the project manager.

Selected Contributions as Project Engineer:
	Monitored and reported the progress of the project as per established project plan and milestones to the higher management.
	Confirmed the presence of key resources for the project deployment and resolved issues of the project deliverables by collaborating with the clients.
	Supported the PM in client engagement and successfully secured additional funds for consultant firm.


Selected Contributions as Quality Lead:
	Conducted reviews on Engineering drawings, documents, and deliverables as well as contractor’s documents including PQR, WPS, WQT and NDE records.
	Elevated stakeholder experience through deployment of a continuous improvement program for the contractors as well as consistent project status reporting.
	Increased knowledge of the Quality Inspector by carrying-out Tool Box Talks.
	Identified and mitigated associated project risks at sites through coordination with HSE personnel and implementing mitigation plans.

Quality Lead | Senior Project Engineer | Acting Project Manager (During PM Vacations)

Selected Contributions as Quality Engineer: 

	Decreased the Radiography rejection rate and improved the performance of welders by giving proper training to welders. 
	While working with Daelim, supported ASME Authorized Inspector in ASME stamping.
	Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
	Developed surveillance reports and managed all non-conformance reports to assist the relevant funcation in a remedial action.
	Perfromed quality assessments, reported issues, and communicated quality related issues to the relevant personnel.
	Carried-out vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements to ensure quality is evaluated as per established standards.

Project Quality Engineer

Supervise development, maintenance, upgrading, and distribution of quality records and project closing documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and project progress. Analyse project KPI’s and confirm deployment of process improvements by relevant personnel and departments to attain better project efficiency. Interface with clients to evaluate requirements for QA/QC. Monitor welding rejection rate, evaluate performance of welders, and ensure accordance of on-going project operations with QCP, Project Specification, and contract.

Field Mechanical Engineer

Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd.

Inspected and assessed the quality and strength of welding work and developed required reports for higher management to ensure on-going welding activities comply with the project specifications

Performed NDE inspections and confirm the performance of investigation and documentation of repairs and reword cases. Formulated ITP and method statements for welding activities as well as conducted root cause analysis to uncover and resolve welding-related issues. Worked closely with the quality manager for supervision of all welding processes as well as NDE and heat treatment activities on project site. Delivered high level coordination to QCM in preparation of PQR and WPS for the Project and in welder qualification tests. 

 Key Contributions:
	Conducted quality audits, deployed quality procedures, coordinated site quality inspections, and monitored processes of quality inspectors to ensure quality levels of on-going project activities comply with the established standards.

	Conducted audits based on ISO standard for Contractor and subcontractor and ensured that the project meets the quality standards and requirements.
	Decreased nonconformance by identifying and resolving the potential problem areas.

Conducted quality audits, deployed quality procedures, coordinated site quality inspections, and monitored processes of quality inspectors to ensure quality levels of on-going project activities comply with the established standards.
