Hi! My name is Binyomin Terebelo, My New Mission Whiskey You Will Fight For, Opening my own distillery, I started studying the art of distilling about 12 years ago while I was in school getting ordained as a Rabbi. I found that distilling has a unique thrill to it the fact that after you distill and barrel the serenity of the warehouse can not be beaten for its serenity. I started taking this hobby seriously studying barrels and grains using my instincts as a Talmudist to analyze and dissect what is causing what to make each whiskey and release taste the way it does when it is removed from the cask. I have now opened my own distillery, my barrels with their precious liquid are resting and listening to classics such as Mozart. I have found that the vibration from the music gives the alcohol a delicious taste. The reason being the whiskey throw movement permeates deeper into the barrel.
