With over five years of award-winning teaching experience, I have successfully transitioned to the tech industry as a lead instructional designer at Lothego, a leading provider of online learning solutions. My mission is to create engaging and effective learning experiences for corporate training, teachers, civil servants, and K-12 learners, using cutting-edge technologies and research-based methodologies. As part of my role, I lead a team of three instructional designers, design content strategy and implementation plans, create mobile learning experiences, and collaborate with software engineers and product managers to design user experience. I also conduct needs analysis and user experience research, manage content development and quality assurance processes, and create Lothego Online Learning Assistant (LOLA), an innovative tool that supports learners and instructors. Additionally, I work as an ESL tutor at Native Camp, where I teach English to Japanese learners for various purposes, with a 4.94 rating and 52 lessons completed. I am passionate about enhancing learning outcomes and empowering learners with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a globalized world.
