My journey in sales started on the streets in 2015 as a fundraiser for NGO's where I had to approach over 150 people a day on the street in different cities around Germany selling memberships and convincing them to donate at least 120€ per year for NGOs like WWF, Plan, Care and SOS Kinderdörfer. It was the job that sparked my fire for sales and made me curious to learn more. I studied Marketing and International Business and then took my first job as an SDR and let's just say, it was nothing like what I expected it to be. After lots of trial and error we managed to create a system that made us constantly hit quota and made the whole game way more fun. Now we teach this system to Sales Reps. We love every aspect of working with sales people and watching them thrive and become super stars in sales and also life.
