In the last three years, I’ve coached over 250 salespeople and helped improve their sales results 💼, but a pattern quickly emerged—many struggled with confidence, stress, and mental health challenges. It became clear to me that true sales success goes beyond tactics—it’s deeply tied to how you feel about yourself.

I'm so passionate about this topic because I’ve been there. I used to feel the same pressure and self-doubt. But I pulled myself out of it by improving my mental, emotional & physical health, trying various strategies until I found what worked. This is why I decided to stop sales coaching regardless of the success I had.

Now, my goal is to help salespeople achieve real confidence and control. 🎯 Imagine walking into a sales call calm, centered, and fully in control of the conversation. Why 2 Seconds Can Make or Break Your Cold Calls

Research shows that prospects decide within 2-3 seconds whether to stay on a call or hang up.

Why?

Nervous energy is contagious. If you sound anxious, they feel anxious.

People scan for familiarity. Starting with a company name makes you "just another sales rep."

Monologues kill attention. Prospects aren't ready for a pitch. They’re ready for a conversation.

Here’s how to fix it:

1) Start with your name, not the company name:
"Hi, this is [Your Name], [Your Name]. Am I speaking with [Prospect’s Name]?"

2) Use a pattern-breaking opener:
"We don't know each other. Want to hang up, or give me 30 seconds to tell you why I’m calling?"

3) Key delivery tips:
Slow down.
Smile while speaking.
Take short pauses after key points. 

Slow down and smile. Calmness is magnetic.

Master the first 2 seconds and the rest of the call is yours to win.
