My main responsibilities are to provide both direct and indirect technical support to HCIL's highly esteemed customers. Among the other tasks I was able to accomplish in this period are as follows:-
Determining &allocating spares to all remote & central sites in the SBI project.
Installing various MCPC/ SCPC sites for new demonstration projects.
Later commissioning and performing the Functional Acceptance Tests at these sites so that the users would able to start their operations in these remote stations.
 Maintaining uptime of each and every remote VSAT stations within the region for periods 24x7 hours in a week.
Looking after VSAT services in HCIL's client ATM networks for the banking division providing them 24-hour support with maximum 2-hour downtime.                   
Done site surveys for VSAT installation using a GPS.
Installed and tracked 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.4m and 3.8 m antennas to satellites using satellite finder kit.
Commissioned sites of VSATs in organizations like IDRBT, BSE, HDFC, IDBI, HLL, BHEL, BPCL etc.
Done video conferencing for West Bengal Electricity Board where 11 remote sites were connected to central site through Satellite.
Worked on Cisco router (1800 series, 2700 series), catalyst switches. 
Installation & De-installation with maintenance of VSAT networks at client sites. 
Installation and Commissioning of VOIP boxes; Bangluru)
