I’m a marketing professional with over 8 years of experience in customer experience and social media community management. I’m passionate about creating value-based projects that help businesses become more customer-centric. Currently, working as a Senior Analyst - Customer Feedback, where I drive survey projects for multiple business types and report on what customers are asking for in the surveys.
