- Manage and tier 5 SI partners and 1 referral partner, overseeing up to 10 SIs, technology, and referral partners at peak—increasing closed won revenue from my partners by 113% in 6 months under my leadership

• Identified and researched near crises to add to a national database that scholars can use to equip policymakers with the knowledge needed to prevent crises before they escalate, and then exchanged research findings with other team members

International Rescue Committee

•	Wrote 25 page reference guide for caseworkers when speaking with refugees: Utility subsidies, mental and physical health services, free legal assistance, community activities, Section 8 Housing, charity assistance
•	Created and submitted case notes through ETO and IRIS software regarding help given to refugees
•	Translated phone calls and conversations between refugees and caseworkers, and cultural orientations in Farsi

Currently managing a set of boutique partners focused on sourcing, selling alongside Pigment reps, and delivering high quality implementations of our software. 

Previously oversaw the full lifecycle of our referral partner program, recruited SI partners, managed tech partners, and built our early-stage partner marketing program.
