Joined GlycanAge out of my personal curiosity for the longevity field. Figured out that there is no magic pill to live longer. Nothing beats the basics: Sleep 7-8 hours per night, work out 3-4 times per week, move throughout the day, eat healthy and have positive relationships. As Head of Business Development R&D I was responsible for the sales of scientific studies to our customers in the health care sector that used our biological age biomarker to test the effectiveness of their interventions to increase longevity. My tasks included lead generation, sales and project management.

Rencore GmbH

As Head of Business Development, I was responsible for the GTM of our new B2B SaaS solution Rencore Governance. I acted as Enterprise Account Executive and sold the product to the first 17 customers (€568,000 ARR, largest deal €150,000 ARR).  I set up lead generation initiatives that created an annual sales pipeline of €5 million and worked with our sales team to build the sales engine. All this helped us close our Series A round with Capnamic Ventures.

As Product Owner of our B2B SaaS solution Rencore Governance, I conducted more than 80 interviews with potential customers and used my knowledge of methods such as Jobs to be done and Design Thinking to better understand the pain points and customer journey of our target group. This work served as a basis to define and prioritise product features with our product team, set up communication strategy and lead generation initiatives with our marketing team and help our sales team to set up the sales engine.

As Head of Revenue Management I joined the leadership team and worked closely with our Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to successfully reach our revenue goal of €2 Million ARR with our legacy B2B SaaS solution Rencore Code. My main tasks included:

- Sales KPI definition and tracking 
- Outbound sales strategies
- Marketing and Sales automation

Head of Revenue Management

As Senior Account Executive I was in charge of selling our legacy B2B SaaS solution Rencore Code to SMB, mid market and enterprises worldwide as well as taking care of our renewal business. I closed above €600.000 ARR and closed the biggest deal in company history with €40.000 ARR.

- Training of startups that are between Seed and Series A, how to consolidate their product market fit and build their sales pipeline at the same time

At BayStartup I have helped high-tech startups find seed and growth capital. In the context of the BayStartup financial coaching I was a sparring partner for startups and helped them to optimize their business model and documents (pitch deck, financial planning, business planning). 
If there was a fit between startups and investors from our BayStartup financing network (over 300 business angels and 100 institutional investors), we made intros and accompanied the financing process. 

What we have achieved: 
- In 2016, 54 start-ups were financed through our network with a total of € 68.2 million 
- Startups that we helped include Magazino, Smartlane, Parcelab, Hotelbird, eGym, Rencore ...

Explainr

With Explainr we founded one of the first startups that made explanatory videos for companies at that time. My area was the complete Go to Market site: Marketing, Sales, Business Development 

What did I achieve: 
- Explainr reached a high 6-digit annual turnover in a short time 
- I won well-known customers like Siemens, Daimler, Adidas, Microsoft, M-Net and many more 

What did I do: 
- I was our sales team and did everything from cold calling to closing
- I was our marketing team, wrote our blog posts, prepared trade fairs, exhibited at them and generated leads
