Affinity Capital Exchange (ACE) is a JPMorgan backed FinTech startup who aims to revolutionize the loyalty economy by bringing the benefits of financial markets to the loyalty industry in a way that respects the unique needs of the industry. 

ACE is building the world’s first venue to enable the issuance and trading of Reserve Points - a new form of loyalty points - as well as financial instruments backed by loyalty point portfolios.

I was responsible for translating business and regulatory requirements, building up and leading teams to develop and operate the ACE Trading Portal, Points Registry, Index Engine and a Dynamic Collateral Management tool, all built on top of a custom installation of Hyperledger Fabric on AWS.
