Worked on a bunch of 0 to 1 products, experimented tons, launched a few, killed a few failing products, but learnt a lot while doing so...

*Incubated and built ground up Microsoft Tutoring Services  a chat-based tutoring platform led by customer needs (lack of in school tutoring during pandemic), market trends  and competitor analysis (hyperscale growth of Chegg, Wyzant). This eventually led to the acquisition of Take Lessons in partnership with Microsoft EDU. 

*Led incubation and launch of teams app to reduce the freelancer discovery and hiring time on a gig marketplace (Upwork). The beta app exited into a successful business case for Microsoft shared channels that enable companies to work across org boundaries (with external audience)

Senior Product Manager | Office Product Group

*Led team of 3 PMs, multiple backend engineers, and support engineers to digitally transform the entire Microsoft Reverse Logistics supply chain and partner ecosystems at global scale (AOC, EOC, APAC, LATAM regions, three vendors, 23 returns & repair locations) to native cloud-based Azure services, optimized to achieve a $3M KTLO YoY savings.
*Launched integration with Amazon 3P seller central marketplace to drive $5M Surface and XBOX revenue in APAC.
*Led various strategic programs in Order to cash, and reverse logistics to successfully launch and optimize post sales experience for Microsoft hardware products (Xbox, Kinect, and Surface). 
*Led integration for Microsoft and Nokia systems (post-acquisition) to sustain flagship Nokia phone operations and migrate Nokia warehouses to support Microsoft HW devices.
