With over 15 years of experience in the flexible commercial real estate industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader, who delivers bespoke and profitable flexible office solutions for my clients. MB Consulting, is a professional advice and guidance service for landlords, developers, and asset managers who want to create hybrid working solutions for today's flexible working world. I help them with investment and budget planning, marketing and channel relations, recruitment and training, fitout and design, infrastructure and procurement, and more. I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to leverage my expertise and network in the flexible workspace industry. Most recently advising One Avenue Group as a Director, setting up and growing their new Managed Office business OAMO. The objective was to simplify the complex real estate buying process for tenants. This was achieved by negotiating lease agreements, managing all the suppliers, invoices and services, and wrapping up everything into a one-off monthly or quarterly licence fee. My extensive industry knowledge also makes me an expert office broker and I help business leaders redefine their office spaces.
