Events Coordinator

I help drive culture and employee experience within a fully remote & global company.

 ❖ On-board all new hires, under 90 day check-ins, and managing all people ops swag shipments and inventory.
❖ Assess all internal on-boarding processes, working closely with internal people ops and IT 
❖ Administer, assess, and make suggestions based on data from monthly Lattice surveys ensuring our eNPS score remains high.
❖ Suggest and assess focus groups based on survey data
❖ Manage the cultivation and recruitment of our internal Culture Club, with this comes with facilitation and planning of all related monthly company events, including our quarterly company meetings & core value awards. 
❖ Help drive employee recruitment, working closely with marketing to ensure there is a company culture presence via our social media and careers page 
❖ Work alongside our Event Manager to plan our yearly All Company Global Meeting. Managing event logistics, employee travel, accommodations, and excursions. 
❖ Conduct all mid-level exit interviews 
❖ Secondary person to our HR Coordinator, helping with backend items such as Benefits & Payroll through Paychex, managing employee info in BambooHR, employee leave, and any other HR related items. 
❖ Recruit for mid-level roles via Jazz HR.
❖ Serves as an internal company communicator 
❖ Currently report to The VP of People

Culture & People Operations Specialist

Managed all lead generating virtual events, partner marketing opportunities/materials, and case studies, working closely with marketing, sales, customer success, as well as external customers. Ran 2 webinars a month, working with large customers such as LinkedIn and Google. Helped plan yearly global retreat for all employees, and one-off in person marketing events along side the event manager.

I help companies turn webinars and podcasts into content marketing engines. Creating pieces of micro content (video, images, and audio) customized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and more.

Content Strategist

Duuzra

Duuzra provides custom interactive event apps, iPads, and analytics for clients all over the United States and Europe. I managed client events from start to finish in using our product. I have managed anywhere from 20 iPad events to up to 500 – small executive meetings, to large conferences. I briefed clients on how to best utilize our software on a strategic level for their custom event, identifying project scope, managing app design, content, communication of app, and project timelines. I acted as liaison for all event logistics needs both internally and externally, managed the client relationship, as well as traveled onsite (or manage remotely) for execution of all events.  
 
❖ Manage multiple client events simultaneously all over the US
❖ Identify scope, and project timelines with the client and 3rd parties

Modernize

Managed all training aspects of the Modernize Lead Generation Call Center, including hiring, on-boarding, training, curriculum, and assessment of all internal agents, and off shore partners. Created online training modules, materials, and in person/webinar training for all new hires, and new product roll outs.

❖ Managed training/assessments of agents and trainers in 3 off shore sites (Jamaica, Philippines, Guatemala)

Built out and managed SpareFoot’s first real consumer escalation process through quicker ticket times, identifying more thorough pathways, a more efficient communication process, while collaborating departments to  give our customers a more cohesive, and personal experience. 

❖ Pulled research and data to identify key issues and trends within the current escalation process

Project Manager - Business Operations

Was the first point of contact for all SpareFoot Customers, responsible for high conversion of sales calls, problem solving customer issues, and delivering an overall amazing customer experience. Helped create, build, and execute an on-boarding training program for all new hires, including our first offshore team. 

❖ Handled 50-80 inbound/outbound customer support and sales calls a day, hitting above a 52% conversion
❖ Booked and managed reservations with storage facilities
❖ Problem solved customer support issues through cases in Salesforce 
❖ Helped create curriculum, presentations, and teach new hire/mid-level training for all of ACE team  
❖ Helped onboard over 50 new hires, including our very first off-shore team in The Philippines.

Skillpoint Alliance

Acted as a community liaison, responsible for all program marketing and fundraising development, event coordination, and recruitment/management of community partners and relationships. Helped create first ever program marketing materials, sponsorship packets, monthly committee meetings and awareness events.  

❖ Recruitment, cultivation, marketing, and fundraising development for all organization programs, 
community partners, and service contracts.
❖ Community liaison and coordinator of outreach events, panel and  committee/council meetings.

❖ Responsible for all outreach events and cultivation of community partners, sponsors, and donors.

❖ Managed all event marketing, websites, mailings, and e-communications.
