> Led CMG network planning initiatives in preparation for the relaunch of the Cigna Individual & Family Plan (IFP) on-exchange product in the Arizona market, increasing aligned IFP membership by 400% in year 1
> Completed a 5-month assignment as associate administrator, overseeing 40+ employees in Family Practice & Lab services.
