As part of the ANZ and SG SLT, I am responsible for:
- Hiring, Coaching and Mentoring our ANZ and Singapore Sales Team.
- Scaling our ANZ region via strategic objectives that align to our business goals.
- System and Sales Enablement.
- Identifying opportunities and executing on our GTM strategies in alignment with our Marketing, CSM, and Support teams.

-Developing and executing group and individual development activities.
-Developing and executing strategic initiatives to achieve our regional acquisition plans.
-Assisting the SMB team on large and complex deals.
-Building out a sales toolkit for onboarding and enablement.
-Systems management.

APAC SMB Sales Manager

Whilst being at Deputy, i have played a number of roles within our APAC Sales org.

After the amazing mentorship i have received from previous leaders, i have now been tasked with leading our incredibly talented SMB Sales Team. 

I am responsible for the coaching and development of our squad whilst also ensuring operational excellence across our direct and partner streams.

APAC SMB Sales Lead

Moving into a leadership role within our APAC SMB Sales Team, i am now responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and mentoring our APAC SMB sales team.
- Improvement of inbound lead communications by removing blockers and optimising our connect rate, meeting booked rate and meeting complete rate.
- Owning team targets and enabling high performance and high achievement by creating new or implementing proven processes and strategies.
- Monitoring team performance to meet our business growth expectations.
- Talent acquisition.
- Sales systems operations (ensuring all our systems are operating correctly, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with the business on new technology to advance our strategy)
- Sales enablement.
- Pipeline Growth.

APAC Sales Team Lead

- Establish successful, productive relationships with client contacts.
- Selling across SMB & Enterprise clients.
- Demonstrations via face to face & online meetings.
- Achieving over 100% of target month to month.
- Educating customers about our business solutions.
- Practising sales techniques such as SPIN & Persona Selling.
- Using Salesforce automation tools to track progress and report goals.
- Closing customer contracts and generating new sales.
- Advising on new process and techniques to accommodate both team and individual growth.
- Facilitating new employee on-boarding to ensure a seamless transition into the workforce and high level of output once processes have been learnt.
- Creating initiatives to advance the selling capabilities of individuals and a team.
- Forecasting effectively to accommodate company projections. 
- 160% of target achieved for the year. 
- Identifying and hiring talent for our team, including Sales Development Reps, Account Executives and Onboarding Specialists.

Account Executive

Sales Development Representative

Scentre Group (Owner and Operator of Westfield in Aus and NZ)

I interned within Scentre Group (Owner and Operator of Westfield Shopping Centres). In this role I have been exposed to multiple roles and responsibilities at both a centre level and corporate level. I have been given the opportunity to work closely with the centres Retail Managers where I have been given specific tasks and duties to assist them as I endeavour to learn the role. I have also been working closely with the Customer Service Managers and Leaders, assisting in day to day operations and also special projects within the centre.

Management Intern

Deliver seamless end-to-end customer experience to Westfield centre guests. Responding to customer needs and continually deliver improved service levels at each of our customer touch points; valet, carpark and concierge. 

Responsibilities include:


- Utilise appropriate greeting standards to provide a warm, welcoming environment for our visitors
- Approach customers, engaging with them to understand their needs
- Provide clear, concise directional information, provide advice to customers and suggest alternatives to customers where appropriate
- Connect with retailers whilst roaming to build long term relationships shoppers, retailers and centre management. Provide feedback to Centre Management on issues including customer and retailer feedback, observations of centre standards such as cleanliness, lease line breaches etc. to enhance service standards
- Process and balance daily cash and EFT transactions
- Report all workplace injuries/illness and near hits to Manager
- Connect with retailers whist roaming to build long-term relationships between all customer/shoppers, retailers and Centre Management
- Support and enhance strategies, policies and initiatives of Centre Management
- Interning with Centre Management and also Support Office (corporate)

Customer Service

responsibilities include:
- Customer service.
Ensuring that all customer enquires are met with a clear and professional response.
Encounting issues that customers may express and providing a correct and reasonable outcome to ensure customer satisfaction.

Innovation and implementation of new marketing techniques and campaigns.

Membership/ sales officer

NSW Police Force

In this role i was exposed to the NSW Police Force program CAPP (Community Awareness in Policing Program).

I was given the opportunity to be part of the team that coordinated and ran the event.
This included:
- Potential site visits for the participating members of the public.
- Creating welcome and information packages for the participants.
- Ensuring standards of service was provided to all Police Officers and participants.

This experience gave me a large insight to the various roles that the NSWPF play in our community and also gave me the opportunity to expand my skills in a variety of ways.
