Worked on a team of corporate trainers to develop and implement training to distant leaners across North America via the Express University training intranet platform, also known as the onboarding process. Training provided was mostly industry related, recruiting methods, and continued education. Some responsibilities included tracking completions of course training, auditing for quality, and troubleshooting website challenges with the end user. This role also scripted, recorded, and edited audio podcasts and video messages that were viewed internally by franchise owners within the Express network.
