As an accredited personal, executive and health coach, I work mainly with mature professional people under pressure - particularly care managers, vocational assessors, teachers, nurses and other health care workers, and social workers - to work out what needs to change, so that you increase your effectiveness, well-being and resilience, in our changing world. Qualified to degree level, I have a nursing background as an ex general nurse, and 30 years experience in the health and social care field. I was involved in the management of homes for the elderly and later in assessing staff in these areas for professional qualifications. I have undertaken freelance writing in the social care field (details on request). In 2009 I discovered coaching and have done as much as I could ever since! I have a level 7 ILM Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring; I used my time in the 2020 lockdown to gain Accredited Executive Coach status with the Association for Coaching. I'm a Registered Health Coach and Harrison Assessments Professional Coach. I am a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and in January 2011 I joined the Association for Coaching as an Associate Member.
