•	Post-production editing of Event Staging jobs, including transfer, trimming, compression and graphics creation in accordance with client needs and expectations.
•	Create static graphic and animated content as needed to support live Event Staging jobs.
•	Design, update and maintain digital and print marketing materials for all divisions of the company, including case studies, leave-behinds, promo videos, proposals, internal documents and presentations.
•	Design and create materials to support New Product and Service Offerings.
•	Assist in the development of Digital Signage as a marketable Managed Service, including creating demo content, set processes and guidelines for client use.
•	Design the graphic interface for client webcasts through communication with Event Staging PM’s and the Webcast Director.
•	Utilize 3D rendering software to assist in the sales of Event Staging jobs and Integration Projects.
•	Assist with on-location Production shoots in the position of Camera Op, Audio Op or Production Assistant.
•	Attend progress and scheduling meetings with the IMS Production Team as well as client meetings in-house and at client site.
•	Maintain accurate records and logs of all client and internal data through all phases of editing and archival.
•	Follow internal communication processes as set forth by Management and the existing Process Maps
•	Update status and progress on internal and client projects via the online Production Portal.
•	Track all billable and non-allocated time on a daily basis.
