Chair a dynamic team which focuses on city convening, research, training, and mentoring activities. CTI leverages existing forums and events in order to provide city and ecosystem leaders with greater support to develop and implement City Tech initiatives. Among the unique elements that CTI leads are: Smart City support / peer review teams - functional teams comprised of peer city leaders and industry experts to assist a city leader with a problem and research products that assist with strategy development.

Currently under contract to support the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas as Covid 19 Vaccine Operations Director. B2 Civic Solutions provides expertise to private sector firms to develop best in breed products or technologies and make these products palatable to cities. We provide guidance and support to public sector entities including strategy development, smart city workshops and due diligence on tech selection. Serve as a convener for city, private sector, non-profit and academic partners to develop smart city doctrine and gain agency-wide adaption.

Located on the campus of the University of Missouri - Kansas City, the CMC leverages grants, opportunities and innovation associated with critical materials manufacturing that will realize US economic and national security, sustained growth in the Missouri / Kansas region and positively impact the quality of life for the average regional taxpayer.

US Army

24-year veteran who successfully led US military operations in Southwest Asia, Africa and throughout the Pacific Ocean region. An operations executive, strategic planner and team builder who led American Soldiers, solved complex problems and built successful teams.

•	Planned, synchronized and coordinated six operations and over 500 annual activities in Africa as Chief of Operations from 2012-2014. Oversaw development and integration of cutting edge technologies into standing US Army policies and operations. 

•	Led 61-person strategic planning organization that maintained strategic deterrent capabilities and planned Tomahawk Missile missions.

•	Led two interagency strategy teams that synchronized US government operations in Iraq. Primary author of two White Papers used by National Security Council for policy development in the Middle East.
 
•	Established and led 500-soldier detachment tasked with training soldiers immediately prior to their deployment to Iraq, providing support to over 6,000 families whose soldiers were deployed and managing over $18 Million worth of equipment and real property.

•	Planned and executed combat, training and humanitarian operations for a 750-soldier task force in Iraq and Fort Lewis, WA. 

•	Assisted in development of readiness evaluation system for Department of the Army utilizing Balanced Scorecard approach. 

•	Developed and implemented public relations campaigns in support of US/USSR Nuclear Weapons Reduction Programs, Crisis Communications Programs and Chemical Weapons Demilitarization Programs. 

•	Prepared and taught graduate-level courses in Strategic and Joint Operational Planning for the US Army, international and sister service middle managers. Classes focused on critical thinking skills and integration of strategic messaging required to support a senior executive, general officer or US Ambassador to a foreign state.
