Performed materials and failure analysis research and development on polymer and metallurgy materials associated with electronic packaging in the semiconductor industry. Investigated and determined root cause of failures in electrical and material R&D projects. Conceptualized and recommended solutions and future engineering studies, conducted R&D of experiments technique, supported process development, and rendered customer/vendor support. Applied destructive and non-destructive materials investigation techniques consisting of SEM, Acoustic TSAM/CSAM, x-ray, cross-sectioning procedures, chemical etching, mechanical testing, and waterjet techniques. Recognized as team expert in chemical etching process. Project managed collaborative initiatives involving Intel/Arizona State University across numerous research and business groups. Served on Emergency Response Team and completed trainings on safety procedures and Level A hazardous environment entry.

Sat on Executive Board of Intel Arizona Veterans Employee Resource Group; managed various projects and outreach functions.  

Represented Intel as Military Veteran Advocate at local military veteran events, career fairs, Intel job fairs, and local state workforce agency panels; disseminated Intel job-related information to veterans.

Partnered with Intel’s US Veterans Program Manager to create veteran-friendly HR policies.

Built and led a site-specific team to represent Intel at local veteran outreach events.

Screened, interviewed, and dispositioned veteran candidates and applicants.

Engineering and Failure Analysis Technician in Space Satellite support. Destructive Physical Analysis, Failure Analysis and Competitive Analysis on passive electronics supporting space and military systems. IPC 600 certified. Involved as a Veterans Advocacy volunteer. Chair of Chandler AZ Military and Veteran Advisory Commision, Arizona Post 9-11 Military Family Relief Fund Committee, Veterans Medical Leadership Council Navajo Nation project lead as well as other veteran related projects.
