My thirst for knowledge led me to further studies at Purdue University, and a slew of certifications and courses too numerous to list. My work life is a colorful tapestry of experiences. From shipbuilding to textiles, optical to insurance, even city government and sales management, I've been there. With tech of the time, I recruited a whopping 3,000 agents. Today, I channel all this into "Your Operating Manual". In a nutshell, "Your Operating Manual" is like that trusty guide you turn to when a video game gets tough. But we're helping navigate the game of business and life, with a little help from artificial intelligence (AI). AI isn't scary – it's just machines doing smart stuff, like learning and problem-solving. And we harness that to help companies build their dream teams and ensure they work like a well-oiled machine. But we're not just about businesses. We also assist individuals in plotting their career paths. Imagine us as your career cheat code. Our ultimate goal is for everyone to clock out for the final time, knowing they gave it their all. While we're all about the cutting-edge AI, we haven't forgotten the value of the human touch.
