Opened up 2 new states securing the first school bus stop arm automated enforcement contract in our industry in the state of Ohio and Illinois. There are currently 13 states that have enablement or home rule 
Develop and forecast yearly region objectives broken down quarterly; including a territory objective, territory goal broken down into specific pursuits, focus targets, and close by quarter which is presented to the board of directors. for execution
Develop and manage new business through the creation of a strategic corporate annual business plan.
Identify required resources including media, trade shows, collateral material, sales consultants, lobbyists and clearly stating a tactical approach to secure contracts.

Introduce new products to the market by giving presentations to executive consultants which have led to our product being written into multi- million dollar federally funded project plans which guarantee our organization six figure profit margins.
Conduct seminars around the state with 30-100+ attendees demonstrating power point presentations on specific products, following up with the attendees, and making sales from my own generated meetings.
