•	Identified recruitment opportunities via HRIS reporting and utilized recruitment and administrative performance metrics to analyze trends, assess progress, and ultimately improve processes to drive change.

•	Partnered with the Assistant Director of Human Resources to ensure all new-hire policies and job descriptions were fully updated and uploaded into Paycom.

Human Resources Coordinator

•	Processed weekly payroll reports for over 800 employees via ADP Workforce.
•	Participated as a key employee in the opening of the Dallas Customer Service Call center by partnering with management to coordinate travel and room and board for all hourly employees who assisted in the opening as well as ordering and sending all necessary onboarding materials for new hires.
•	Managed benefits enrollment by answering questions and aiding employees with login details.
•	Streamlined Human Resources processes by coordinating new-hire orientations and providing onboarding and training for 50+ exempt and non-exempt employees biweekly. 
•	Oversaw exit interviews and the off-boarding process for resigned and terminated employees and ensured that feedback was utilized to implement improvements to reduce turnover. 
•	Addressed employee conflicts and processed disciplinary actions with appropriate urgency; debriefed management when necessary; and provided suggestions to management and Human Resources to improve morale.
•	Implemented and improved off-site team-building activities for 800+ employees by listening to employee feedback and initiating ideas that increased comradery, engagement, and teamwork within the company. 
•	Improved organizational filing systems for confidential employee records, which resulted in increased accessibility and efficiency.

•	Created and completed personnel action forms for all new hires, terminations, title changes, and promotions.
