Director

Provide the following consulting services to 4-6 industry-diverse clients at a time:

Financial Analyst Work: 
•	Create robust balance sheet and income statement models to assist in growth, cash flow management, banking covenant compliance, and other various needs
•	Maintain financial reporting packages that include detailed variance, product mix, customer mix, & margin analysis

Cash Planning Work:  
•	Provide clients with 13-week detailed cash flow models that analyze POs, SO, AR, AP, & other reporting to accurately predict cash balance while maintaining LOC banking compliance and availability
•	Run weekly meetings across multi-entity companies to aid in AP prioritization under cash constraints

Controller Work: 
•	Create and improve month-end close processes, workbooks, reconciliations, accruals, & reporting

Finance Manager Work:
•	Manage client and internal accounting teams across all accounting functions

CFO Work:
•	Forecasting, cash flow management, dashboarding, financial reporting, overseeing auditor requests, assisting other accounting team members, M&A due diligence, managing banking relationships, & presenting financial updates to executives and board members

Finance Manager

•	Work with clients in varying industries such as electrical contractors, traffic management, boatlift manufacturing, insurance, food production, pet food production, jewelry manufacturing, and medical currier services
•	Create and maintain annual balance sheet and P&L financial forecasts ranging from $2 million - $80 million in revenue, including complex schedules for sales, AR, AP, Inventory, Sources and Uses of Cash, Debt, Operating Expenses, CapEx, Depreciation, Banking Covenants, etc.
•	Provide month-end close services
•	Produce month-end financial reporting packages with detailed variance analysis
•	Create and maintain cash flow models, often sent to special credits bankers to review
•	Other projects include dashboard & KPI creation, API data audits, BBC calculations, lender comparison analysis, payroll & commission processing, & pricing analysis
•	Use multiple accounting software ranging from QBO to complicated ERP systems

Senior Financial Analyst

Proliance Consulting

Accounting/Financial:
•	Perform Quickbooks bookkeeping tasks including: accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, bank account and credit card reconciliations, items lists, classifying revenue, cutting checks, invoicing, reporting, expense reports, and maintain the chart of accounts
•	Facilitate payroll through Paychex with complicated employee commission structures
•	File WA State B&O tax, City of Bellevue tax, and verify and record L&I tax payments were made correctly
•	Assist CPA with filing federal taxes and making year-end adjustments
•	Create forecasting models for the year and run scenarios based management’s on growth and budget needs
•	Manage and approve budgeting amounts
•	Advise management when to transfer money into different accounts based on cash flow analysis

Financial Analytics:
•	Run calculations for office breakeven metrics, burden rates, ROI for marketing material, job board use, client spend, and lead generation
•	Value clients, positions, and internal and external employees
•	Provide management with all the reports needed to make decisions accurately and quickly; focusing on transparency and growth
•	Run company financial performance reports including: P&L comparisons (monthly, forecasted vs. actual, and P&L by client), cash flow, balance sheet, AR aging report, average gross margin, etc.
•	Provide management with sales specific metrics including hit rate, average time-to-fill, # of placements, calls to start ratios, attrition rates, etc. 

Operations:
•	Oversee, audit, and mange over other operational team members
•	Create polices based on revenue generation and reporting accuracy for business analytics
•	Internal quarterly & yearly goal setting and accountability
•	Help set benchmarks, expectations, and metrics for new hires
•	Orchestrate sales and recruiter office competitions for motivate growth
•	Strategic Business Planning – helping management accomplish their goals by creating plans, actions items, timelines, and budgets

Manager of Finance & Operations

•	Hired when the company was acquired to administer all back-office tasks including operations, accounting, HR, etc. 
•	Transitioned all clients, employees, vendors, CRM, benefits, assets and liabilities to start Proliance
•	Setup company policies and procedures for the new company
•	Created commission structures for recruiters and account mangers based on a tiered profit sharing model
•	Revamped CRM for the needs of the business

•	In addition to big projects, daily administrative tasks included: 
   - Managing all accounting needs in Quickbooks
   - Maintaining and updating Bullhorn CRM database 
   - Running weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports based on company KPIs
