The Startery is a bunch of ideas people, sceptics and thinkers who help Freightways businesses create, debate, test and launch cool new business ideas. There, I successfully supported the launch and growth of 4 products and services (e-commerce 3PL, oversize courier service, e-waste recycling project and online courier service), developing and executing GTM strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Conducted discovery work to shape solutions for new products and services 
• Developed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on customers' needs and pains, buying behaviour, and key criteria
• Identified profitable and scalable customer acquisition channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, eDM, content marketing)
• Made optimization recommendations based on campaign data and learnings to product managers, developers and senior leadership
• Utilised marketing automation platforms to build lead generation campaigns
• Crafted compelling storified messaging for use in channel testing and collateral
• Created and maintained digital assets such as websites, landing pages, and social media accounts
• Produced and delivered product marketing collateral for internal stakeholders

Growth & Product Marketer

Vocus New Zealand

Vocus provides retail, wholesale and corporate telecommunications services across Australia and New Zealand. In July 2022, Vocus NZ merged with 2degrees to become NZ's third-largest telco under the 2degrees brand. I was responsible for increasing Enterprise, Government and Wholesale active customer base through development and execution of the marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Developed and drove GTM marketing activities based on deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
• Provided salespeople with enablement information, content, digital assets and tools to successfully engage their target buyers
• Developed and managed end to end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional sale channels, including search, web, email, and display
• Utilised marketing automation platforms to build lead generation campaigns and journeys 
• Created, updated and distributed content via Drupal CMS and Pardot to support customers
• Analysed, interpreted and reported data in Salesforce to manage communications and interaction with customers and prospects

Achievements:
• Introduced 2 new products (storage-as-a-service and cloud contact centre) to the New Zealand market 
• Led rebranding of all exVocus customer-facing assets within a merger with 2degrees
• Refreshed the Internet portfolio of 6 products
• Organised and managed the Vocus first thought leadership event
• Successfully managed customer comms as a part of the PSTN migration project (571 accounts)

Product Marketer

Primo Digital 

Responsibilities:
• Set up, ran and optimised Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns
• Reported on campaign performance and produced reports from key marketing metrics, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, Keywords Everywhere
• Built and delivered automated email campaigns via ActiveCampaign
• Designed and built sales funnels via Funnelytics and GrooveFunnels
• Made a simple website using website builder software such as WordPress and Shopify

The University of Auckland

Campus Life is a service division that supports an engaging and inclusive campus experience for students at the University of Auckland. It operates a range of engagement services such as wellbeing, social and sporting programmes, volunteering and leadership support. I was responsible for smooth running of all front facing activities and day-to-day operations across health and counselling services.

Responsibilities:
• Provided professional and effective customer service and administration support across health and counselling services
• Planned and managed the support team functions (10 permanent staff members and 3 temporary)
• Recruited new clients and engaged with existing ones 
• Liaised with external and internal stakeholders to resolve queries at first contact
• Managed, executed and delivered digital projects for key strategic initiatives
• Managed MedTech CRM system and maintained databases
• Developed and delivered effective external eDM communications
• Organised events (webinars, workshops, team meetings, service meetings)

Achievements:
• Implemented digital tools to ensure student service strategies during COVID
• Promoted Youth Health project for Maori and Pacifika students (450+ students) via digital activities
• Increased the emailing database by 2500 clients and built an email communication strategy

The Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ) is a professionally focused membership organisation. PRINZ offers members access to resources, tools and professional support including professional development programmes, networking opportunities and events, industry awards, and international alliances. I won that internship while I was doing my postgraduate diploma at Unitec Institute of Technology. As a part of my internship I was accountable for providing backup support to the sales and programme teams.

Responsibilities:
• Encouraged liaison with members and partners to increase awareness of the education programmes
• Tracked and reported programme performance
• Collected data, maintained databases in Excel and managed MemberConnex CRM system
• Created content, including emails, social media posts, blogs, and graphics
• Uploaded and optimised content across digital channels
• Conducted competitive analysis and monitoring
• Executed events (meetups, workshops, conferences, annual meetings)

Achievements:
• Directly contributed to collaborative business development efforts and accelerated our organisation’s win ratio
• Made a detailed market analysis of potential programmes and services that would increase customer engagement and acquisition
• Updated a database of current company members (included 300+ ID number)
• Transferred the corporate blog content from WordPress to the corporate website

Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF)

According to Forbes, IIDF is one of the top 10 accelerators based on a successful number of exits. I was responsible for developing, launching and communicating different types of educational programmes and awareness-raising projects to promote technological entrepreneurship among young people. 

Responsibilities:
• Planned, developed and traced marketing communications campaigns
• Researched and coordinated cross-promotional marketing opportunities
• Managed stakeholder, media and partner relationships on a day to day basis
• Planned and implemented website content and set up campaign landing pages

I joined the team at the startup stage and managed to introduce to the market a new information security brand that became globally recognised in two years.

Achievements:
• In 2012, received Group-IB’s first business award – the Company of the Year Award in the sector of IT & Telecom
• Increased website traffic by 30% by launching a website redesign project, social media embassies on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and paid search and display advertising
• Developed an annual report Hi-Tech Crime Trends which analyzes global cybercrime trends and provides a forecast on future cyber threats
• Designed a concept of a two-day cybersecurity conference CyberCrimeCon that since 2013 has been annually bringing together over 1,500 international experts

Edelman is a global communications marketing firm. At the Russian branch, I as a B2B tech Account Manager developed and implemented integrated marketing projects including international ones. 

Achievements:
• Successfully led the Russian team within the social media campaign for the official promotion of eBay Inc. on the local markets of Eastern Europe and Scandinavia
• Promoted McAfee, Inc. on the Russian market of information security. In a 5-month period, managed to rocket McAfee’s Russian office team in Top-4 by IT, telecom and business media mentions among IT security companies
