Vice President, Product

In BetterUp's R&D division, I drive the vision and strategy for BetterUp’s Lead product, our flagship digital coaching and transformation product for critical leadership talent. I'm also leading teams that develop innovative, ethical GenAI-first product capabilities across BetterUp Lead. Additionally, I lead Product Operations and Technical Program Management functions to ensure clear inputs to strategy and focused delivery of organization-wide roadmaps, across every product and platform development team.

Prior to my current areas of oversight, when I first joined BetterUp, I was a key contributor to our new and emerging products working group. I owned and drove product leadership for the overall member experience, coaching experience, assessments, and group experiences. Additionally, I led product team responsible for the BetterUp mobile app experience.

In the Digital Networks division, my teams built and launched high-visibility OTT subscription products across multiple brands and franchises.

As VP of Product & Operations, I led a 30+ department staff across the following teams: business operations, content operations, data, customer support, and project management. I also served as a strategic partner manager between our partner groups within the studio. Biggest win: Launched DC Universe - a video, comic book, marketplace, and fan community platform - with Day 1 presence on Web, Android, iOS, Roku, Amazon, Apple TV.

Managed multiple video hosting, sharing, and services platform product lines. Drove impacts to revenue growth from ideation to execution by leveraging elegant UI/UX to enhance content discovery, video engagement, feature adoption, and creator marketplace capabilities.

Led cross-functional teams + defined a vision and strategy for a zero-to-one creator marketplace and a related monetization tools product that unlocked an original content development and distribution business.

- Launched paid subscription video channel tools and led integration efforts with Vimeo OTT
- Launched paid video discovery destination that grew aware of VOD content, and integrated transactions deeper into the platform
- Supported an original content program and entertainment business unit powered by Vimeo On Demand
- Managed a product manager and a 6 person cross-functional team in support of creator monetization growth

Lead Product Manager

Led the re-launch of Vimeo’s HD Video Player as an HTML5 feature platform, utilized by hundreds of millions of users globally - this unlocked in-player purchasing, 4K, marketing lead gen features. Defined and managed the zero-to-one launch of Vimeo On Demand monetization feature set. Managed go-to-market and release plans for Vimeo Plus/Pro features, and Vimeo mobile & TV apps.

Senior Project Manager

Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning

Developed technical plans for online tools, video distribution systems, CMS systems, collaborative multimedia tools, and podcast receiver apps. Built dozens of educational audio and video podcasts, live streaming experiences. Launched a first-of-its-kind cross-institutional podcast initiative with school and department leaders. Launched university’s presence on Apple iTunes; Manager for university Apple and Youtube partnerships.
