In this role at Vimeo, I led cross-functional teams + defined a vision and strategy for a zero-to-one creator marketplace and a related monetization tools product that unlocked an original content development and distribution business.

- Launched paid subscription video channel tools and led integration efforts with Vimeo OTT
- Launched paid video discovery destination that grew aware of VOD content, and integrated transactions deeper into the platform
- Supported an original content program and entertainment business unit powered by Vimeo On Demand
- Managed a product manager and a 6 person cross-functional team in support of creator monetization growth

Lead Product Manager

Led the re-launch of Vimeo’s HD Video Player as an HTML5 feature platform, utilized by hundreds of millions of users globally - this unlocked in-player purchasing, 4K, marketing lead gen features. Defined and managed the zero-to-one launch of Vimeo On Demand monetization feature set. Managed go-to-market and release plans for Vimeo Plus/Pro features, and Vimeo mobile & TV apps.
