•	Spearhead business development opportunities through monitoring global and local market trends and conditions, identifying possibilities, and launching new products accordingly, resulting in launching 3 new product groups for Alpha brand (air purifiers, hair care, and refrigerators), and integrating distribution of electric scooters and fitness equipment (RING Sport) in 2020.
•	Establish revenue targets and contractual terms and conditions through establishing strong working relationships and leading negotiations with 15 Suppliers and 3 Key Accounts.
•	Achieved #1 in TV sales for the Alpha brand in Serbia in April 2020 according to the GfK.

Consumer Electronics Division Director

Concentrated on driving business development efforts and sales increase initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding sales channels for existing distribution portfolios and analyzing and streamlining business processes within the company, including B2B sales portal, product categorization, reporting, etc.
•	Prospected for, identified, and selected new brands and CE products for the Serbian market, qualified opportunities through presales discussions with market's biggest retailers.
•	Successfully launched approximately 5 new projects per year, including PocketBook eInk readers, MEIZU Mobile Phones, Unilife cleaning products, METZ TV, Genius Peripherals through devising market penetration strategies and conducting detailed competition analysis.  
 •	Enabled efficient stock clearance through developing contacts database of trading companies worldwide and regularly sending them offers for mobile phones and gaming consoles.
•	Led PlayStation purchasing, sales, and marketing operations for Serbia and Montenegro markets through managing relationships with the vendor, as well as sales operations and relationships with Key Accounts and Gaming Specialists.
•	Spearheaded and drove marketing activities through implementing promotions like Black Friday and Christmas Campaign.

Business Development Manager

InterSign ApS

Oriented on developing sales strategy for 4 Digital Signage products outside of Denmark.
•	Initiated and established fruitful cooperation with 7 new reseller partners in DACH, 5 in Adriatic, and 2 in the UK region through cold calling, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and successfully converting leads into accounts.
•	Managed, trained, and developed a team of 2 Sales Representatives covering UK and Adriatic regions.
•	Facilitated the onboarding of new sales staff and provided the management with useful insights into lead conversion by creating and integrating international sales tools such as Product Information Database, Interactive Leads, and Customer Maps.
•	Networked, established strong industry contacts, and acquired approximately 50 leads through visiting European Digital Signage exhibitions.

Export Manager

Oriented on managing product portfolio consisting of Sony PlayStation and IT peripherals, accomplishing the brand's full potential across the market and maximizing the revenue through establishing strong, long-lasting, and trusting relationships with customers and company's partners, including retailers, B2B and media partners, vendors, and suppliers. Managed revenue of $5M.
•	Boosted the revenue by tenfold and met targeted profitability goals by devising and implementing effective PlayStation sales and marketing strategy for Serbia and Montenegro markets.
•	Ensured successful distribution of PlayStation portfolio through coordinating cross-sector collaboration including marketing, logistics, and financial departments.
•	Delivered quarterly training on product portfolio and product specifications for up to 150 people, including the company's sales force and retail partners.
•	Supported management's information and data-based decision-making by creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on revenue, forecasts, margin, and stock in trade.
•	Strengthened industry connections and expanded product knowledge by participating in various Gaming Conventions and Exhibitions, including those in LA, Cologne, and Paris.

Product Manager

Gigatron

Emphasis on managing desktop PCs, LCD monitors, and software products portfolio with over 400 SKUs in 15 product groups accounted for 25% of the company's revenue. Coordinated stock and led product purchase operations.
•	Drove profit and revenue increase efforts through leading marketing activities regarding assigned product categories and increasing the visibility of high-end products through organizing shop displays and merchandising.
•	Negotiated prices, components, quantities, marketing budgets, and delivery schedules through managing relationships with 8 distributors and 6 vendors.
•	Increased portfolio knowledge and competencies through holding quarterly training for sales teams of 20.
•	Maintained competitive configurations and prices through conducting IT retail analysis.
•	Ensured a reliable supply chain by creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and forecasts.
