I love what I do, and I feel lucky. Words have always been my anchor—written and spoken. They shape ideas, inspire action, and connect people. From an early age, I discovered a passion for communication that grew into a meaningful career at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and human psychology. It was my 8th grade teacher's report card comments noting my talents that fueled my confidence. Thank you, Mr. Helmkamp. I approach marketing with curiosity and a learner’s mindset—fascinated by what drives people to think, act, and decide. Influence begins at the intersection of insight and behavior, and that’s where I focus my work as a strategist, communicator, and brand leader. For me, marketing is about connection, not promotion—building trust through authentic, purpose-driven messaging. I bring this approach to my role as a CMO and storyteller. But stories are not enough. We need to integrate AI, data, and technology, what I call the levers that help us focus, scale, get the feedback we need – to help our stories, offerings, value, and products in front of the right audience. Beyond the office, I host the podcast “This Is How She Did It,” a platform that celebrates the journeys of women who have turned obstacles into opportunities. It’s not just about stories—it’s about showing others what’s possible and giving voice to strength, resilience, and reinvention. I’m also a published author and TEDx speaker. My talk has reached hundreds of thousands of viewers. The message is simple: when we let people know they matter, we can create profound ripples in both their lives and ours. I pinch myself every day to have had this opportunity to reach people on a global platform. Through every project, every role, and every conversation, my purpose remains constant—to connect, uplift, and deliver value that inspires action.
