I believe what produces effective/successful leadership is recognizing where one's core identity lies. It is my passion/call to help leaders come to that place of recognition through Leadership Coaching. I find it great JOY to walk alongside Leaders to the Freedom that Transforms: Freedom to be all that they were designed to be, no longer bound by unlocked potential. With 33 years combined experience in full-time ministry, customer relations and management within a corporation, I have interfaced with diverse cultures and multi levels of management. I have also had the opportunity to speak for retreats, conferences as well as other groups throughout the years. Since the end of 2017 I have been working with Marketplace Ministry Leaders to Collaborate Ministries in order to encourage and make opportunity for fellowship as we build unity in the Body of Christ. I absolutely LOVE what I have been Called to do and am Blessed with much opportunity to see people come together stirring up one another in their gifts and build one another up in Christ.
