Similarly “ when we can predict the variation, we also will be able to compensate it.”

How precise our prediction is? Makes how effective our action for compensation is.
How agile our action is? Makes how small Takt time we can keep.

ZVM makes mass production for Crafted-Mass production. Every unit is identical in their performance.

Here the question comes, how extent those are identical? 
When the product performance variation is smaller than the user sense, he will always find it performing same.

                                                 Brining JLR practices and adapting to Indian conditions. Educating internal and 
                                                 external stack holders of Tata Motor involved in vehicle development process in 
                                                 Dimensional Management subject. 

                                    Key addition to profession :  Gaps between theoretical product design to small tier3 
                                                 suppliers. Exposure to practices of Korea and China. Ability to think broader 
                                                 aspects of vehicle and propose strategic changes in vehicle development process.

                                                  Domestic market - Design, proto build and product proving and fitment , 
                                                         function , performance and life .
                                                 Global Engineering - All HVAC and Cooling modules design support to all 
                                                         BEHR geographical projects , meeting different OEM standards and           
                                                         specification following BEHR standards of processes of each location.

                                    Key addition to profession:   Big change in way the profession looked. International 
                                                 exposure , new technological design methods, Utilization of all mfg experience , 
                                                 building teams , recruitments , establishing training modules, people     
                                                 management, establishing design processes and systems, data , PLM and CAD 
                                                 administration.  Many more new and advanced learning made to think of true 
                                                 product design professional.  Achieved high confidence in professional life 
                                                 moving towards management with team handling up to 15 engineers and being

                                                  for each part and identify the suitable machinery, skills, inspection , developing 
                                                  source , proving the specs , proving the assembly line with cycle time , 
                                                  productivity and handover to production team.  (Project team converts empty 
                                                  industrial shed to ISO approved production house for export products)

                                                 development stage costs and time impacts. Bridging product design and mass    
                                                 production gaps.  Many new processes and machinery for Special purposes.

Responsibility : Responsibility of Complete Operations from receiving order to 
                                                  dispatching the products of Precision wire drawing and cold heading carbide 
                                                  dies and tools.

                                                  and its strategies. ( previous experience was with corporate orgs ) .Bridging 
                                                  labor union to top management. Industry connection with outside politics.
