Led IT operations and oversaw the development of a B2C travel booking platform, prioritising business growth, operational efficiency, and a client-focused approach. I managed vendor relationships and collaborated closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, translating them into actionable project plans that delivered seamless, high-impact results aligned with strategic goals.

IT Operations Supervisor

In the Klass Project, I led the development of a custom CRM integrated with Galileo GDS and the Travelport Universal API to improve QA processes and generate analytics on customer and sales data. My role involved gathering requirements, planning project milestones, designing and implementing the database, and developing tools to integrate Galileo GDS with vTiger CRM.

I also created bots to fetch air ticket data, developed a custom web frontend for CRM access, and ensured PCI DSS compliance. Additionally, I managed both local and outsourced teams, overseeing the successful installation and configuration of the CRM system.

Designed and implemented a system to track internet sales, ensuring smooth transactions and better management of online orders. I also handled product warranties, acting as the main point of contact between customers and vendors to resolve issues efficiently. In addition, I managed store inventory to ensure product availability, and personally handled all help-desk support, providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries.

Sales Manager & Help Desk

Contributed to the development of a system for a transport company, managing key operations such as employee records, trip schedules, travel hours, truck repairs, and parts inventory, while integrating with the invoicing system. This role was my first experience working on a system from scratch, where I gained valuable exposure to system design, scope estimation, and project planning. Under my mentor’s guidance, I also learned to calculate hourly rates and prepare financial proposals, providing a strong foundation in both technical and business aspects of software development.
