- Planned, constructed and supported full IT architecture for two food logistics centers (remedial for old, from zero for new). 
- Volume increased from $100mln+ to $400mln+ during this period; new warehouse was almost quadruple the size of the old, with much more advanced refrigeration (required some very judicious networking). 
- Delivered four to five nines (between 99.99 and 99.999 percent) systems availability for the duration with resilience, redundancy, replication and backups. Used iSeries for authentication (for its internal rights structure similar to today's zero-trust). Network stayed secure even when hit by a zero-day virus, resolved and cleared within hours. 
- Deployed BES (Blackberry enterprise) and OpenVPN with ImageStream Linux router/firewall for secure global remote access. 
PERSONAL BEST: 
- Implemented late-beta voice-pick and WiFi AP management tech (by necessity).

- Implemented network services (DNS, DHCP, etc.) exclusively on FreeBSD and old Pentium Compaq desktops (for stability and to save money). Worked two years without weekends as the solo “technology everything” before more people were hired for me to train (in addition to existing duties).
