I have a deep understanding of how people make decisions and how their behavioural patterns influence their buying decisions. I use my expertise to collect and analyse data to explore behavioural differences and run A/B tests to validate the effectiveness of optimisations on websites or landing pages. My goal is to increase conversion rates and improve the user experience by using insights from consumer psychology and applying them to my work.
