• Design of technical solutions on Civil and Military Projects according to the customers' requirement 
• Main projects : Fixation of Ballistic Protections and Fixation of a Load pole, both inside an Aircraft.
• Projects based on different Aircrafts from Airbus Helicopters, Inc. ( H130, EC 135, H155, AS 330...)
• Working with a never ending exchange of ideas between all the members of the Design office (Mechanical Engineer,  Avionics Engineer, Airworthiness Engineer,...)
•  Using constantly AUTO CAD et CATIA V6

•	Decision making and setting up business plans. 
•	Team management: active leadership & motivation of the AMJE team.
•	Preparation of administrative documents, in particular CNJE admissions.
