Brand Development:
– Create overall visual and brand designs for print, digital and web applications.
– Packaging, Branding, Product Design, Photography, POP and Advertising.
– Create and design custom die-lines based on individual products.
– Develop new product design initiatives based on marketing briefs and market research.
– Shoot all photography of products in-house. This includes food styling and large displays. 
– Design banner ads and provide product photography for online and digital purposes.
– Track trends and develop custom designs/patterns for the retail space. 
– Work with licensors such as Mattel, Sanrio, Marvel, Disney, Warner Bros, DC, and LucusFilm.
– Produce UI design/layout of digital app infrastructure. 
– Package all design files for pre-press and production purposes. 

Manage the ASI Graphics Division:
–  Responsibilities include developing artwork templates, managing resources, effectively communicating between my team of designers, customer service as well as the print houses to ensure consistency and quality. 

Internal Daily Management Responsibilities:
– Manage and update the Thermos Brand Style Guide to make sure that all designers in-house and outsourced follow the brand guidelines to keep a consistent look on shelf. 
– Monitor and order all supplies for the graphics team.
